Located in Section 36 of Harrison Township, Morgan County east of Waverly, Indiana near Banta, Indiana. Near the Johnson County line.
The cemetery is located 1.5 miles from State Hwy 37 - junction to Waverly, Indiana
It is 2.4 miles east of Waverly across State Highway 37. Follow the hard surface road and turn left at the "T", then go east a short distance (about 3rd turnoff), turn right aand go about 1/10 mile and cemetery is on the left several feet from the road. The cemetery is being kept up.
On the Revolutionary War Veterans Buried in Morgan Co, Indiana, it shows three more veterans buried there: George Brunnemer, Jacob Dillman and John Williams. No identifiable stones could be found for these veterans.
John Duke is listed on a plaque in Johnson County.
