Here is the stone that we believe is the stone for David Finley. The age matches the written records of this Soldier. The top part of the stone is broken off and could not be found. This stone is located in Finley Cemetery in Section 3 of Orleans Township, Orange County. Finley Cemetery is located in the middle of a field on the farm of Lee Perkins southeast of Orleans near Lost River about a mile or less south of State Hwy 337.

Rev. War Soldier William Irvine is also buried here.
