The best way to reach this location is from Seymour, Indiana
US Hwy 50 (Tipton Street) - Turn North on Indiana St Road 11, where Co Rd 724 North intersects with Hwy 11, turn left you will shortly be crossing over the East Fork of the White River. This road becomes Co Rd 700 E, travel north on it, until you see Co Road 900 N, where you will turn left. You come up on Co 625 E.
STOP!! You are there!! Believe it or not, this flat area is called Madden Hill, and there is only the one stone that now stands to remind us of this cemetery and what farmers and industries have done to these pioneer cemeteries, just to have another precious 1/4 - 1/2 acre to farm or build on.
This grave site and many others belong in Indiana's Hall of Shame website, where we so selfishly have no pride in our ancestors.
