Third, 1779, under Capt Huntington, Col Seth Warren.
Fourth, volunteered at New London, Connecticut as mariner on Trumbull, 15 months under Capt Nichols, Lieuts Malby and Starr.
Was in the Battle of Bennington and at surrender of Burgoyne

Proof: Pension Claim R 5305, rejected for insufficent prrof.

Married: Martha Jack in 1815.
