Private under Lieut Col Charles Simms, Capt Nathaniel Fox's Co., Col James Hendricks' 6th VA Regt
On July 19, 1783, he received a certificate amounting to 101 ponds, 3 shillings and 9 pences
Received a Bounty land in Clark's grant, Indiana for service under George Rogers Clark.
